Return & Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

3. Costs of Returns and Refunds

5. Returns for Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
5.1. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund within the legal guarantee period (minimum 2 years in the EU).
5.2. During the first 6 months, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
