Directions for use:

Aromatherapy: Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water. Ideal for relaxation and sleep support.
Topical application: Dilute in carrier oil up to 2% (4–5 drops per 10 ml). Suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
