Directions for use:

• Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser with water. Limit diffusion to 30–60 minutes at a time with adequate ventilation.
• Topical application: Always dilute in a carrier oil up to a maximum of 1% (2–3 drops per 10 ml). Avoid use on sensitive or broken skin.
• In cosmetics: Suitable for use in creams, gels, and lotions at concentrations up to 0.5%.
