Directions for use:

• Aromatherapy: Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser with water. Do not diffuse continuously for more than 60 minutes without ventilation.
• Topical application: Always dilute in a carrier oil up to a maximum of 1.5% (3–4 drops per 10 ml).
• In cosmetics: Suitable for use in creams, serums, and lotions at concentrations up to 0.8%.

Warnings:
⚠️ Do not apply undiluted on skin.
